Featured is a pair of French Napoleon III neo classical Encoignure cabinet’s in rosewood mounted with gilt bronze foliate and heavily inlaid with neoclassical themes throughout. The cabinets themselves are decorated with palmetto inlay patterns of fruitwood and string banding, medallions and a intricate large central urn on the bow front door. The sides are flanked by Neo Classical Ram gilt bronze mounts. The interiors are both fitted with one single rosewood shelf and French polished surfaces. The lower feet are mounted with gilt bronze sabots. The tops are mounted with highly polished replacement French rouge slabs with a Roman Ogee front edge. Both cabinets are highly French polished throughout. The cabinet show well and are ready for installation.
