A French Neoclassic-style painted wood trumeau mirror. This vintage mirror from France features the carved-wood plaque top, reminiscent of trumeau design, with carved urn presented prominently and adorn with draped swags, cascading ribbons, and crossing foliate embellishments. The glass mirror, set within the lower portion of frame, has fabulous floral-carved trimmings about the inner surround, with acanthus-carved pronounced shoulders. The outer frame is straight and linear, with a slightly stacked crown molding at top. This finish is a palette of soft grey and white, with pale teal accents. This French Neoclassical style mirror is good-sized standing over 7 feet in height.
