Contemporary Design
This exquisite and versatile armchair was designed by Nigel Coates in 2016 and can be combined with the others by the British designer for a mixed-and-matched look around a contemporary table. Reminiscent of the traditional Viennese bentwood-made pieces, this is a comfortable and sophisticated chair whose ergonomic lines become almost an anthropomorphic sculpture, with a curved backrest that extends forward into the shoulder blade-like armrests. The refined proportions of this chair are rendered in steamed-bent beechwood, a traditional feature of this brand’s furniture.
