French Sewing Table, manner of Alphonse Giroux, Paris, 19th century.
This pretty small sewing table has a beautiful birds eye maple veneer and its original fittings.
It comes with some 19th century sewing utensils which have been probably collected by the former owner and not all of them originally belonged to the table. There is an old sticker on the table “Alphonse Giroux, Rue du Coq Set Honore 7, a Paris”.
The table is in very good condition, the inside shows wear and tear.
