Houdini is a piece from the Remeditate series: a series of items by CTRLZAK Art & Design Studio, inspired by the medical world and reflecting upon the symbolic and functional issues of objects. Tables, chairs and lamps are ‘afflicted’ with diverse pathologies; an ironic operation which goes beyond the aesthetics. CTRLZAK’s aim is to raise awareness until a genuine condition of universal well-being becomes a possibility.
