Contemporary Design
The Mulino bookcase is made from solid cedar wood with natural surface treatment. The Mulino collection by Domenico Orefice for Man de Milan is inspired as much by the machines of Leonardo in the Sforza era as by the symbolism of the mill as an energy-creating element. Its shape makes it possible to compose larger bookcases by placing one element onto the other and can be used both on the wall and in the middle of the room. Thanks to the shape’s straight sides, the bookcase remains in balance and, even when turning it, the books do not fall but internally move from one side to the other.
