Mid-Century Sideboard in Walnut by Alfred Cox for Heals

Mid Century Vintage Alfred Cox for Heals Walnut Sideboard with Bank of 3 Spacious Drawers and cupboards either side. Excellent condition throughout the Sideboard has an attractive and sturdy leg frame with no wobbles breaks or repairs. The handles are all original and in perfection condition. The top drawer has a sectional tray which slides from the front to back of the drawer and is removable. Solid walnut casing to the drawers which are beautifully dovetailed and run as they should. Cupboards are spacious and doors open easily and close fully. Solid base with splayed legs which are all sturdy. Alfred Cox label present. Dimensions H 80 x L 152.5 x D 48 cm Drawer Width 36 x H 9, 12, 16 cm Cupboards – H 47 x W 51 cm – Shelf Height 23 cm Storage Section to RHS Cupboard H 15 x W 38 cm Height from floor 23 cm Excellent vintage condition throughout with the only imperfections to note being a slight chink to the lower right edge of the bottom drawer which is minor and not immediately noticeable due to position. A light scratch mark to the lower part of the right hand side door which is superficial and has not penetrated the finish. Disguised by the grain of the walnut it is only noticeable on close inspection. The sideboard has been thoroughly cleaned and lightly polished ready for use.
