These are genuine vintage pocket-size nature field guidebooks published by the Golden Press between the 1950s and 1960s. The small paperback books are in good condition showing wear consistent with their age and use. The bottom corner of Birds is missing and this volume has a bookplate from the AION Library.

Each book measures 6 inches by 4 1/8 inches. Together, the naturalist book bundle takes up approximately 2 1/4 linear inches of shelf space.
